With the rights and responsiblity created within a Forum Democracy that systematicly empower every citizen to undertake a real active role in resolving thier own fate and that of society, evolves a natural balanced level of Accountablility & Authority. The results are amongst all those we effect in the whole of society by the example we create with our actions.

The effort an active participant puts forth into such responsibility holds promise of greater awareness of self, surroundings and society which is the doorway to enhanced collective problem resolution practices; all vital traits of a complimentive society that is to attain a prosperous, sustainable and survivable future.

The day of looking up for leadership to decipher our will and legislate our fate has lost effectiveness in this complex society we have evolved into. It is time for each individual to have the ability and means to deliberate on it's own fate as well as have direct and effective input into the collective problem resolution process known as government.

We must now venture forth and mature into our full collective and together create our equally prosperous potential. The whole of humankind needs a working example to follow and evade the inevitable recipical destruction result of our human created competitive practices. Canada with it's potential for endless equality, cultural diversity, tremendous wealth potential, constitutional rights and technically developing electronic communication network is well placed to initiate this next evolution in human soceity's potential. Not only for Canada but throughout the world, once the results of our own Civil Emancipation have been created and proven regionaly & nationaly. This is after all, the only logical and efficient way to get along in this world as well as out amongst the heavens once our sentients has been fully realized.
